Our Goal
Our goal is to help remove financial barriers so our patients can receive the dental care they need and desire. Many patients have some type of dental insurance. In the majority of cases, we are able and pleased to assist you in maximizing these benefits. At your first visit, we will ask you for current insurance information. We may ask you to confirm this information at subsequent visits, so we can remain up-to-date and fully informed to serve you. As a courtesy to you, we file all claim forms electronically, provide postage for special claims, and we track the claims when necessary.
Dental Insurance
We accept most dental insurance programs provided by the major employers in our area. For patients covered by insurance, we will accept assignment of benefits. This means you sign the portion of your insurance that “assigns” payment to our office. Most dental insurance plans do not cover 100% of the cost of your treatment. Because of this, and the common delays in receiving payment from insurance companies, you will be asked to pay your deductible and your portion of charges the day services are rendered.
Other Payment Options
Non-insured patients are expected to enter into an accommodating payment plan or pay in full with cash, check, or credit card the day services are rendered. We accept TeleCheck®, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Financing Options
Our flexible financing options include a 5% courtesy discount for all patients who prepay with cash, and financing through Citi®Health. With CitiHealth, you can finance 100% of your dental treatment and there are no upfront costs, no annual fees, and no pre-payment penalties. CitiHealth offers a full range of payment plans, so you can find one that works well for you. CitiHealth also allows for revolving payments with a variable interest rate, and sometimes months of 0% interest.
